To provide greater flexibility, Gardens Optometry may periodically offer Saturday and Sunday appointments. These sessions are released as demand requires and will be available for online booking when scheduled.

Policy and fees

Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment by calling 02 5024 5010.
Changes with more than 24 hours' notice can be made via your confirmation email using the "Manage Booking" link.

Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a consultation fee. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Remakes, Returns & Warranties Certain products may include additional manufacturer warranties or guarantees. Where applicable, these will be noted on your invoice. If your spectacles require remaking due to an error in prescription, dispensing, fitting, or manufacture, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, remake or adjust the spectacles at no additional charge. Remake requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to limitations where damage, misuse, changes in prescription, or factors outside our control have occurred. Where required by Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to the applicable consumer guarantees.

Consultation Fees Comprehensive Assessments: $45.00 Advanced Imaging Fee.
Standard Consultations and Review Appointments: $30.00 gap fee.
